Job summary

Poka Labs in San Francisco is looking for a Full Stack/AI Engineer to own large, ambiguous problem areas and ship production AI agents used daily by sales teams, operators, and plant managers. In your first 30 days, you may visit a customer plant, build end-to-end agents for quoting, pricing, inventory, plan ERP/CRM integrations, prototype features, and design high-leverage experiences.

Our stack is TypeScript, Next, React, and we evaluate models from OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic to fit each

Qualifications

• Strong full stack ability across frontend and backend.
• Willing to dive into details, but able to delegate routine tasks.
• Able to explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own core product features from frontend to backend.
• Maintain infrastructure to keep AI agents reliable in real environments.
• Gain customer understanding through direct exposure to plants and operations.
• Evaluate and deploy new AI capabilities.
