Job summary

jobr.pro in San Francisco is building an AI-powered integration platform. We’re seeking an engineer to own core systems end-to-end, including agent platform, infrastructure, and integration runtime.

You’ll work directly with the founders, set engineering patterns, and ship to production constantly. Stack: TypeScript, React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS; you’ll run multiple AI agents in parallel and move fast in a true early-stage, in-person environment.

Qualifications

• Shipped real products end-to-end and owned them.
• Experience with AI agents and automation pipelines.
• Strong systems design skills and distributed systems experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Own core systems end-to-end: agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime.
• Define and codify engineering patterns for future hires.
• Collaborate directly with the founders and ship to production constantly.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term roadmap.
