Job summary

Specright is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to ship reliable, user-facing AI agent products to production. You’ll own production systems end-to-end—designing agent architectures, writing and reviewing code with agentic assistants, setting up rigorous evals, and operating what you build.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack engineering ability with production experience.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents in production.
• Deep familiarity with agentic coding best practices: task decomposition and prompt hygiene.
• Experience with agent evaluation and tracing for behavior and regression detection.
• Solid fundamentals: testing, debugging, security, performance, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship agentic applications end-to-end for real users in production.
• Use modern agentic coding tools to accelerate delivery while upholding code quality.
• Architect agent systems including tool calling, memory, and orchestration.
• Own eval infrastructure: regression suites, trace-based tests, and metrics.
• Implement observability with tracing, version tracking, and telemetry.
