Solstice is hiring a Fullstack AI Engineer to build and maintain an agent platform that powers AI-powered workflows. You’ll own backend services, APIs, and customer-facing interfaces with a strong focus on Python and platform engineering.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and Applied AI teams to take problems from idea to production, delivering scalable, observable systems and intuitive interfaces for customers in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Depth in Python and FastAPI with async operations.
• Strong systems fundamentals with data modeling and failure recovery.
• Experience turning AI into useful software and tool-calling concepts.
• Ability to deliver across the stack: frontend to backend.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the agent platform with Python, FastAPI, and Redis.
• Design APIs for content creation, document processing, and enterprise integrations.
• Solve long-running workflow challenges and secure context delivery.
• Bring AI workflows to life with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Make the system observable with tracing, logs, and metrics.
• Ensure quality through tests and evaluations with AI tooling.
• Own the path from idea to production, shipping features end-to-end.
