Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of complex solutions across UI, web, and mobile platforms. You will identify user requirements, craft UI specifications, and deliver product outcomes for diverse client engagements.

You will guide teams, collaborate with data scientists, designers and engineers, and ensure quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. ey focuses on hybrid client-facing work in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• APIs and microservices with Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Authentication with Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC and Azure AD.
• Data visualization tools: D3, Highcharts, Plotly.js, Ember Charts.
• Dashboards: PowerBI, Tableau, Looker.
• TDD / unit testing experience.
• Frontend performance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions and projects with quality focus.
• Engage with external clients; run sessions and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Travel may be required as needed by clients.
