Job summary

EY is seeking a technically skilled Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of UI across mobile, web and tablets. You will translate business requirements into technical design, guide teams, and engage with external clients to plan, execute and close workstreams.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, cloud/distributed systems, and building scalable software with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like D3, Highcharts, Plotly.js, Ember Charts.
• Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing.
• Experience working on complex problems and in a complex codebase.
• Knowledge of frontend “best practices” around page performance.
