Volt is hiring for Production Associates in Joliet, Illinois. The role involves assembling/processing quality products, operating equipment, and maintaining safety and accuracy. You will work 8-hour shifts, stand for long periods, and ensure timely production while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.
• Work in different temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and/or process quality products safely and accurately in a timely manner.
• Concentrates efforts on assembling wood boxes according to customer specifications.
• Operate equipment necessary to manufacture customer product.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Monitor quality of product being produced and notify lead or supervisor of issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and rules.
• Fill out productivity sheet and shipping tag legibly.
