Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative in Syracuse, NY. You will represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers’ wireless needs as part of the store team.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, hitting revenue targets, participating in marketing efforts, handling transactions, and maintaining store appearance and operations. A positive attitude and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience or other customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Exceed revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Assist with marketing efforts, community outreach, and brand promotion inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all retail store functions in compliance with policies.
• Operate store with management in opening/closing duties, including cash handling and deposits.
