Job summary

Specs Family Partners in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to perform order selecting and merchandising of wholesale products daily, expediting and stocking for wholesale customers. Responsibilities include accurate SKU identification, packing orders neatly, restocking, operating pallet jack and dollies, lifting up to 50-100 pounds, and maintaining safe, organized racks.

You must be reliable, capable of teamwork, and able to work morning shifts with an ability to meet daily

Qualifications

• Able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100 pounds) with proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify product by SKU, size, varietal, and rack location.
• Pack wholesale orders neatly to ensure product integrity during delivery.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, organized racks and pull carts.
• Operate pallet jack and dollies; assist in inventory prep and cycle counts.
