Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick and merchandise wholesale products daily in our McKinney, TX facility. You will identify items by SKU, size, varietal, and rack location, and ensure orders are packed securely for delivery.

You must maintain a clean pull cart, restock shelves, and assist in inventory prep. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify products by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
• Pack wholesale orders neatly without damage.
• Maintain pull cart and staging area for quick verification.
• Restock supplies and use equipment to replenish racks.
• Inform manager of stockouts or variances; lift and move pallets as needed.
