Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to perform order picking and merchandising of wholesale products daily. You will identify products by SKU, size, and rack location, pack orders securely, restock supplies, and assist inventory preparation while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, with use of dolly/pallet jack, and a flexible schedule including Fridays or Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos.

Responsibilities

• Identify products by SKU, size, varietal and rack location.
• Pick and pack wholesale orders with care to prevent damage.
• Restock and stock warehouse racks and maintain orderly areas.
• Tag orders and verify quantities for shipment to customers.
• Assist in inventory prep and follow safety regulations.
