Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking an organized Warehouse Associate to support order picking and merchandising of wholesale products. You will identify items by SKU, stock and restock shelves, and ensure orders are packed securely for delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, with flexibility to work various shifts including Fridays and Saturdays. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Flexible schedule; able to work all shifts including Fridays and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Identify product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location
• Pull and stock wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack orders carefully to prevent damage
• Tag orders according to shipment quantities and customer
• Restock supplies and prep for inventory
• Operate pallet jack and carts; follow safety regulations
