Job summary

Arclabs Welding School is seeking a dedicated Welding Instructor for a full-time role. You will deliver lectures, labs, and clinical instruction, following the required curriculum, while maintaining lesson plans and tracking student attendance and grades.

Applicants must have 5+ years of welding experience with 3+ years in GTAW, GMAW/FCAW, and SMAW processes. Additional duties include advising students and coordinating with the Lead Welding Instructor.

Qualifications

• Welding experience: 5+ years required.
• GTAW welding: 3+ years required.
• GMAW/FCAW welding: 3+ years required.
• SMAW welding: 3+ years required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, labs, and clinical instruction per required curriculum.
• Maintain daily lesson plans and track attendance and grades.
• Advise students on school policies and performance.
• Submit textbooks, supplies, and equipment needs to the Lead Welding Instructor.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are secured and inventory is maintained.
