Upper Lakes Foods, Inc. in Northfield, MN, is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Selector to be the backbone of our distribution center. You will load and unload trucks, restock shelves, and ensure orders move smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate lifts up to 50 pounds, operates powered pallet jacks and forklifts, and uses warehouse computer systems to manage orders. A high school diploma and 1–3 months of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as powered pallet jacks and forklifts is required.
• Familiarity with warehouse computer systems and safety policies is expected.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, carts and pallets to keep products moving smoothly.
• Restock the warehouse to meet customer demands and maintain readiness.
