Upper Lakes Foods, Inc. in Northfield, MN, is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Selector to be the backbone of our distribution center. You will load and unload trucks, restock shelves, and ensure orders move smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate lifts up to 50 pounds, operates powered pallet jacks and forklifts, and uses warehouse computer systems to manage orders. A high school diploma and 1–3 months of experience are preferred.

To thrive as a Full-Time Warehouse Selector at Upper Lakes Foods, you'll need a blend of physical stamina and technical skills. You'll regularly lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, demonstrating your strength and agility while navigating the warehouse environment. Experience with industrial power equipment, such as powered pallet jacks and forklifts, is essential.
