Upper Lakes Foods is hiring Night Shift Warehouse Selectors in Cloquet, MN to build pallets, pick orders, and prepare shipments for delivery. Starting wage is $21.50 per hour with incentives that can raise earnings to $28.00+ per hour.

This active role uses electric pallet jacks and requires staying on your feet, working in a fast-paced environment, and lifting up to 80 pounds. Sunday–Thursday, 7pm start; overtime and holiday work may apply.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds regularly.
• Comfort working in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments (-10°F to 85°F).
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Learn and safely operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks.
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately selecting customer orders while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Building, wrapping, and securing pallets for safe transportation.
• Operating electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Verifying products for accuracy, quality, and damage-free condition.
• Transporting completed orders to designated shipping areas.
• Performing equipment inspections and following all safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Working closely with teammates to ensure orders are completed on schedule.

What You'll Do

As a Night Shift Warehouse Selector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time and in excellent condition. Every shift, you'll use warehouse technology and electric pallet jacks to accurately select customer orders, build pallets, and prepare shipments for delivery across the Upper Midwest. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where your effort directly impacts customer satisfaction and the success of our operation. What We're Looking For

• A commitment to accuracy, safety, and delivering quality work every shift

This Position is scheduled Sunday – Thursday starting at 7pm to completion. It requires the ability to work 8+ hours but may be able to leave early if team completes work ahead of the schedule. Working on holidays may be required.
