Signature Retail Services in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a full-time Warehouse Forklift Associate. You will safely unload and receive inbound shipments, inspect products for quality, and prepare items for outbound delivery to local stores.

The role requires operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts in indoor and outdoor conditions. You’ll file daily activity and inspection reports, coordinate with warehouse staff, and help with minor packaging repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
• 5+ years’ forklift and order picker experience or willingness to certify.
• Smartphone with internet access and ability to text/email.
• Tools and equipment: gloves, tape measure, box cutter, standard hand tools.
• Physically active role: standing, lifting, and overnight shifts.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors, in fast-paced remodel environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload and receive inbound shipments using sit-down or stand-up forklifts.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and document discrepancies before outbound shipments.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports and quality observations.
• Safely palletize, stage, and manage inventory with forklift or cherry picker.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and management to maintain smooth workflow.
• Perform minor repairs on packaging to maintain presentation and quality.
