Job summary

Precision Staffing Services in Chicago, IL is seeking a Warehouse Worker with forklift experience for a full-time, temp-to-hire role. The position offers competitive weekly pay and a stable shift schedule on 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory, order fulfillment, and safe operation of warehouse equipment. Prior forklift certification is a plus, but not required. You’ll join a hardworking team committed to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified).
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
