Key Responsibilities Include

• Performing teller duties such as deposits, currency handling, and check cashing.
• Opening and processing new demand and deposit accounts, including savings, IRAs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-selling bank products and referring clients to partners for additional services.
• Assisting with loan applications and facilitating the processing of these requests.
• Conducting outbound calls to clients and prospects, participating in deposit/loan campaigns.
• Researching account issues, resolving client inquiries, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Supporting operational efficiency and assisting banking center staff with daily activities and audit controls.
• Maintaining compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience as a Teller preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
• Strong communication, client service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with flexibility to perform additional job-related tasks.
• Required certifications/licenses may include CPA, Series 6/7, or similar credentials.
• Background credit check and compliance with relevant regulations are necessary for employment.
