Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Medical Response Patrol) in Jeffersonville, IN to protect clients across tech and telecom sites. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while delivering outstanding customer service.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, background check, and drug screening; CPR/First Aid is preferred. Allied Universal offers opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm problem-solving and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports, and shift handoffs as required.
