Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Site Support in Cleveland, OH to safeguard clients across commercial real estate and other properties.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and staff by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, parking, entrances and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete patrol logs and incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.30 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe property activity, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
