Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Service in Marina Del Rey, CA. You will protect clients across Commercial Real Estate and related sectors, conducting patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting a welcoming environment for tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner and inform site contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking, exterior grounds, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized access and policy violations.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation on incidents and patrols.
