Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns calmly and professionally; communicate observations to site contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas; report concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access and policy violations.
• Prepare accurate incident and patrol reports and maintain documentation.
