Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Management in Seattle, WA. You will monitor and safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and more, while providing a visible presence, supporting access control, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time position offers $23.74 per hour, a stable schedule, and opportunities for training, growth, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a retail coffeehouse location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of the business, seating areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, customer disputes, medical events, and other critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate with site management, customers, employees, and responding public service personnel.
