Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas, entrances, and parking.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or policy violations to leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and incident documentation.
