Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Ashburn, VA. You will patrol campuses, deter incidents, and provide a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes reporting, professional communication, and adherence to site procedures. CPR certification is preferred, as are a guard card/license and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members by following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities and share information with leadership.
