Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Emergency Support in Ashburn, VA. You will monitor and patrol school facilities, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service in a government education environment.

This role involves reporting, responding to emergencies, and maintaining professional communication with site contacts and responders. Must meet minimum requirements and be 18+ with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders.
