Job summary

Allied Universal in La Porte, TX, is seeking a Security Guard Full Time TWIC Patrol Driver to safeguard client sites in the chemical and petrochemical sector. You will perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service, while adhering to site policies and emergency procedures.

Ideal candidates bring a TSA-issued TWIC, a valid driver's license, and comfort using a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous material concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
