Job summary
VytlOne is seeking a full-time Floater Pharmacy Technician to travel between 3-4 Greater Phoenix locations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing prescriptions, and maintaining store shelves. A strong customer service background and AZ license are required; PTCB certification or plan to obtain within 6 months is supported by VytlOne.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Hours are 8am-6pm with rotating weekend shifts; travel between pharmacies in the Phoenix area daily is expected.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Active/Clear AZ Pharmacy Technician license.
- 2+ years retail pharmacy experience.
- PTCB Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months (VytlOne will assist).
- Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take prescription orders.
- Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
- Operate the cash register by ringing up sales.
- Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and shelves stocked.
- Input customer information into the computer system.
