Job summary

VytlOne seeks a dedicated Pharmacy Technician Floater to support multiple NYC-area clinics. The role involves greeting customers, handling prescription orders, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked pharmacy environment.

The successful candidate will have a HS diploma, at least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience, and be capable of covering shifts from 8am to 9pm, floating across pharmacies. PTCB certification is preferred or attainable within 6 months.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Flexible to cover shifts between 8am-9pm and float between pharmacies in the greater NYC area.
• Current PTCB Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months (VytlOne will assist).
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience; HIV/AIDS clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
