Job summary
VytlOne is seeking a highly competent, compassionate full-time Pharmacy Technician for a clinic-based pharmacy inside Adelante Healthcare Center in Surprise, AZ. The role offers meaningful work supporting community patients and a collaborative team of professionals.
The position requires current AZ license and PTCB certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm with a lunch break 12:30pm-1:00pm; estimated hourly pay range is $23.50-$24.50 based on
Qualifications
- Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Active and clear AZ pharmacy technician license.
- Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience.
- Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
- Computer experience mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with a wide variety of individuals.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take prescription orders.
- Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
- Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
- Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
- Answer the phone.
- Input customer information into the computer system.
