Job summary

VytlOne in the greater NYC area is seeking an experienced full-time, bilingual Pharmacy Technician Floater who will travel between clinic-based pharmacies. This role offers an hourly rate of $26-$30, generous benefits, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing prescriptions, handling phone inquiries, and keeping shelves stocked. Must have HS diploma, PTCB certification or in-progress, 2+ years retail pharmacy experience, and Spanish language

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Willing to float between pharmacies across the greater NYC area.
• PTCB certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience; HIV/AIDS clinical setting preferred.
• Computer experience mandatory.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills required.
• Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
