Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a full-time Floater Pharmacy Technician to serve multiple clinic-based pharmacies in the greater Phoenix area. The role requires compassionate, customer-focused service and the ability to travel between 3-4 locations daily.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Active/clear AZ Pharmacy Technician license.
• Willing to travel between 3-4 locations daily.
• PTCB certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience.
• Proficient computer skills and pharmacy software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Able to operate pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and resolve customer service issues.
• Operate cash register and process sales.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and shelves stocked.
• Answer phones and input patient information.
• Assist in navigating pharmacy software.
