Qualifications

• Crisis intervention expertise with certification or proven practice.
• Direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Solid understanding of behavioral health principles or ABA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage crisis situations using approved de-escalation techniques.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and monitoring.
• Document daily behavioral logs and incident reports.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and families to ensure consistency.
• Maintain safety compliance with state standards.
