Job summary

A health center is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in Coos Bay, OR. Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to become registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional.

• Provide trauma-informed and evidence-based counseling services within a Primary Care setting.
• Conduct screenings and brief assessments, and collaborate with primary care providers.
• Keep accurate and timely records in accordance with clinic policies.
