Qualifications
Masters Degree in relevant field to meet QMHP definition.
Experience working in mental health care settings preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) fluency preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide trauma-informed counseling services in a Primary Care setting.
Conduct screenings, assessments, and referrals for patients.
Collaborate with care team members for comprehensive patient care.
