Job summary

One Senior Care, spanning LIFE-NWPA, Mountain View PACE, and Buckeye PACE, is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to guide schedulers and driver/PCAs and support daily transport operations.

In this full-time role, you will oversee staff, ensure compliance with policies and state/federal regulations, manage attendance and payroll submissions, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and transfers. A collaborative, organized leader is essential to keep participant care moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years in supervision, scheduling, logistics.
• 1 year experience with frail or elderly population.
• Proficient with Tripmaster, GPS software, Pacelogic and Prime Suite.
• MS Office proficiency (intermediate to advanced).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and support to transportation staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Monitor attendance and approve PTO requests with Center Manager.
• Submit payroll information accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Director of Transportation on vehicle transfers between locations.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and schedule services.
