Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers seeks a Non Clinical Supervisor to plan and coordinate transportation services for the Central Valley PACE program. The role supervises coordinators, drivers, and aides, coordinating external providers and ensuring accurate billing and records.

The position starts at the Central Valley PACE Center in Modesto and moves to Stockton on completion. Requires supervisory experience in transportation, routing/dispatching, and valid CA credentials while offering

Qualifications

• Valid CA Driver's License with clean driving record and vehicle insurance.
• Current BLS CPR Card.
• Defensive Driving Course will be required.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in transportation.
• Minimum one year routing/dispatching experience.
• Experience transporting individuals with special mobility needs.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all scheduling activities for Central Valley PACE transportation.
• Supervises daily activities of coor­dinator, drivers and aides.
• Coordinates all outside transportation service providers.
• Reviews and verifies bills from outside contractors.
• Maintains program records per policy.
• Participates in IDT meetings and care planning.
• Coach staff and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support budgeting, staffing schedules and performance improvement efforts.
• Coordinate routes and adapt to short-notice changes.
• Investigate complaints and escalate to quality team.
