America West Transportation LLC seeks a Transportation Manager to lead daily operations for a PACE program, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transport for participants. Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with the elderly (required).
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience in healthcare transportation, senior care, PACE, or related human services environment preferred.
• Experience with vehicle scheduling, routing, and dispatch operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop transportation staff.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations annually or as needed.
• Address employee performance concerns and administer disciplinary action with proper documentation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Supervisors, Dispatchers, Planners, and Drivers to build a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate daily with Dispatchers, Planners, and Transportation Coordinators to meet participant needs.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred
