The Learning Experience in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Experienced Toddler/Two Year Old Teacher to join our team. You will foster a loving, safe classroom and implement The Learning Experience LEAP Curriculum to support milestones.

Plan engaging activities, communicate with families, and collaborate with fellow teachers to provide a positive, structured learning environment. Competitive pay and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

Experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool environment preferred.
Must meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Toddler Teachers, including required training and background checks.
Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

Foster a loving and safe classroom where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow.
Implement LEAP Curriculum to support milestones.
Plan and lead engaging activities for language, motor skills, and curiosity.
Maintain communication with families through daily reports and progress updates.
Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure a positive classroom experience.
