The Learning Experience - Mandarin in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Two Year Old Teacher to join our energetic team. You will guide toddlers through developmentally appropriate activities and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment.

As a Two Year Old Teacher, you’ll implement our LEAP Curriculum, support social and emotional growth, and maintain open communication with families. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience.
• CDA, Associate or higher in ECE preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet Florida childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers (ages 1–2 years).
• Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum that encourages exploration, movement, and creativity.
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through structured and free play.
• Maintain open communication with families, providing daily updates and milestone achievements.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well‑being of every child in your care.
