Job summary

The Learning Experience is hiring an Experienced Toddler Teacher to create a welcoming classroom where children learn through play and growth. You will implement the LEAP Curriculum and tailor activities to infants, toddlers, or preschoolers as needed, partnering with families to support each child’s development.

You will collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment, provide ongoing professional development, and contribute to a positive, premium environment for both children and staff.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers per child needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress through apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
