Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team. You will create an engaging classroom where children learn through play and growth, implementing our LEAP Curriculum.

A strong emphasis on communication with families helps support each child's academic and emotional development. Ideal candidates have prior teaching experience and at least an associate degree in ECE or a related field, with a HS diploma/GED as an alternative.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field; HS diploma/GED required.
• Ability to communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with staff

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for toddlers to learn and play.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and foster a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum across infant, toddler, or preschool groups.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and grow.
• Communicate with parents about progress via apps and in discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff to support center enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers; promote learning through play.
