Qualifications

  • Experience in child care, daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
  • Able to lift at least 35 lbs and supervise children at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum for toddlers 12–24 months or 18–29 months.
  • Work a rotating schedule: 6:30/7 am–2:30/3 pm and 10 am–6 pm with one Friday rotation.
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment supporting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators.

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Toddler Teacher!

Do you have a passion for teaching young children and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our warm and supportive team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping infants' and toddlers' minds, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with both children and families.

What You’ll Do:
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum for toddlers ages 12 months through 2 years old or 18 months through 2.9 years old
  • Work a rotating schedule: 6:30 or 7 am-2:30 or 3 pm & 10 am-6 pm plus one rotating shift per week on Fridays
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators
What You’ll Need:
  • EEC certification in toddlers (required)
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
  • Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, actively participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
