Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years retail experience (thrift experience a plus).
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Basic computer proficiency including POS systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure safety, cleanliness, and budget alignment.
• Develop customer relations and retention plans.
• Handle banking and record-keeping procedures and prepare reports.
• Communicate with Store Manager regarding all aspects of store operations.
