Job summary

Forest Hills of DC is seeking an LPN for a temporary day-shift position in Washington, DC. You will administer medications, assess residents, and coordinate care for assigned residents, ensuring timely communication with the Health Team.

Responsibilities include documenting nursing interventions, resident responses, and developing short- and long-term goals and care plans for residents, with oversight for Care Partners to maintain quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license from the District of Columbia.
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule

Day shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.). This position is a temporary position available until September 7, 2026.

Pay

From $32.00 to $35.00 per hour

Job Duties
