Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – FT Night

Compensation: $35.1 – $39 per hour.

Location: Clinic (state unspecified).

Shift: 12‑hour night shift, full time.

Key Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions in health‑care and housing units and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
• Implement treatment programs directed by health‑care practitioners, administer medications (including IV therapy if certified), and perform diagnostic tests per established protocols.
• Collaborate in controlled‑substance counts at the start of each shift, adhere to safety techniques and standard precautions, and respond to codes or emergencies within guidelines.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutritional and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting to ensure effective communication with staff and physicians.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to policies and procedures for high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of clinic experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
