Job summary

HRCU - Holy Rosary Credit Union in Rochester, NH is seeking a Universal Associate to perform teller transactions and provide exceptional member service. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing and cash advances, while opening new accounts and cross-selling products. This full-time position offers an excellent benefits package.

Saturdays are required (out by 12:30pm). Prior banking experience is highly desired and candidates should have strong computer

Qualifications

• Prior banking experience highly desired.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years customer service. Preferred 2 years banking experience
• Must have strong computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing and cash advances with exceptional member service.
• Provide account information, open new accounts, and cross-sell products and services.
