HRCU in New Hampshire and York County, Maine is seeking a Financial Services Associate for a full‑time role with Saturday rotation (out by 12:30 pm) and coverage at various locations.

You will provide member services, open accounts, originate loan applications, conduct transactions, and promote additional products with exceptional service.

Candidates should have at least one year of sales or service experience in a financial institution and a high school diploma.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of sales or service experience in a financial institution.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to present professionally and communicate clearly.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Proactive problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Interview members and explain financial products.
• Open accounts and maintain files.
• Process deposits, verify deposits.
• Originate loan applications and forward for processing.
• Serve as liaison among member concerns and ensure resolution.
• May perform teller duties and branch opening/closing.
• May assume leadership in emergencies.
