Responsibilities
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Process customer transactions accurately and timely.
- Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
- Understand customer needs and introduce them to new products and services.
- Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals.
- Adhere to Bank policies, procedures, and banking laws including BSA responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
